1. Shipping Coverage & Charges

Shopora ships across 19,000+ PIN codes across India. All prepaid and COD orders exceeding ₹999 qualify for FREE Express Shipping. For orders below this threshold, a standard nominal shipping charge of ₹79 is applied at checkout.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day from our nearest automated fulfillment center. Orders placed over weekends or national holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities (Tier 1): 2 to 3 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
• Remote / North-East / Island Regions: 5 to 7 business days.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your shipment is handed over to our courier partner (BlueDart, Delhivery, or XpressBees), you will receive a tracking Airway Bill (AWB) number visible in your customer account dashboard under "My Orders".
